Madrid, Nov 29 (.).- The Galician multinational renewable energy group Ecoener makes its debut on the MARF, the Fixed Income Market of the Spanish Stock Exchanges and Markets (BME:), with the issuance of a program of green promissory notes with a balance I live maximum of 50 million euros.
In a statement, BME explained that today it has admitted to trading the aforementioned promissory note program, the first that the company registers on the market, and that it will allow it to finance itself through access to qualified investors to diversify its sources of financing. .
“The promissory notes issued under the program will be considered green instruments in accordance with Ecoener’s sustainable financing framework and the Green Bond Principles (GBP) (principles of green bonds) of the International Capital Market Association ( ICMA)”, added BME.
Banca March participates as organizer and registered adviser, and will be the underwriter of the program together with Renta 4 (BME:) Banco.
Furthermore, Banca March will act as Paying Agent for the issues.
