According to the approved project, an increase of more than 40% is intended for the State Contributions Fund for the Infrastructure of Municipal Public Services.
“He maintains a municipalist vision. In addition, it gives priority to issues such as infrastructure, security, health, land, education and development for localities and indigenous communities. It does not consider new taxes that affect the economy of citizens,” said the governor, Alfredo Ramírez Bedolla.
The leader of the state Executive explained that one of the priorities in the part of expenses is the infrastructure chapter, where a system of multi-year works will be promoted; as well as the Strengthening Fund for Peace (Fortapaz), to which 100 million pesos will be allocated for training, infrastructure and equipment for fire brigades.
Additionally, there will be two new social programs focused on Michoacán women, such as support for women with breast and cervical cancer, and mothers under 18 years of age, who will carry out the Welfare Secretariat (Sedebi) and the System for the Comprehensive Development of the Family (DIF) Michoacán, respectively.
