The Egyptian national team swept their Belarusian counterpart (35-26), in the meeting that brought them together on Friday evening, as part of the second round of the main round of the World Handball Cup, currently being held in Egypt.
The “Pharaohs” team led by 7 goals in the first half, with a score (21-14), and expanded the difference in the second half to win by 9 goals, by (35-26), in the covered hall of Cairo Stadium.

The Egyptian national team won its second consecutive victory in this round after the first over Russia, raising its score to 6 points at the top of the fourth group ranking, with its Swedish counterpart, followed by Russia and Slovenia in the third and fourth places respectively.
While the balance of Belarus stopped at two points and ranks fifth before last, and then North Macedonia in last place without balance.
