The procession will include 22 mummies, including 18 mummies for kings, and 4 mummies for queens, including the mummies of King Ramses II, King Sagnin Ra, King Tuthmosis III, King Seti I, Queen Hatshepsut, Queen Merit Amun, wife of King Amenhotep the First, and Queen Ahmose-Nefertari, wife of King Ahmose .
Yesterday evening, the Egyptian Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Khaled Al-Anani met with the CEO of the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, representatives of the security authorities, the Supreme Council of Antiquities, and officials of the company implementing the mummies transfer to discuss the final touches in preparation for the start of the procession in the coming days.
During the meeting, business developments were discussed with details of the action plan during the coming period to bring out the activity with the appearance that befits the greatness of the ancestors and the nobility of the Egyptian civilization.
