According to the Egyptian Ministry, the value of the funding is $ 1.1 billion, which is allocated for the year 2021.
The ministry added in a press statement that the agreement for financing the import of petroleum products and supply commodities comes within the agreement signed in January 2018 between the Egyptian Ministry of Investment and International Cooperation and the International Islamic Trade Finance Corporation, worth three billion dollars.
