Judicial sources said, that the technical committee assigned by the Public Prosecution to examine the video of the metro harasser, verified the validity of the video of harassment of a girl inside the Quba station in the third line of the subway “Ataba – Adli Mansour”, and the committee’s examination concluded that the video of the harassment is correct and not fabricated, and that The scenes in it are not fake.
The sources added that the Public Prosecution received the committee’s report after hearing the statements of the victim, who explained the details of the harassment, saying that “the young man got into the women’s carriage at the station at 9 and 16 minutes in the evening on Saturday, March 13th, and that she documented the crime of harassment with her in a video of its duration. 37 seconds, and that the accused did not pay attention to her and was busy watching the two young men sitting inside the car, and that she called her fiancé and told him about the disgraceful behavior of the young man who opened his (zip) pants, and that her fiancé warned her that he should be videotaped in order to document his crime in order to prove her legal right.
The girl added during the investigations that her fiancé, Ahmed Nagy, posted the video on his account on the social networking site “Facebook”, after which he took her and went to the Transport and Communications Police Department and released a report on the incident, and the girl handed the video to the Public Prosecution, which decided to form a technical committee to examine it.
The Public Prosecution had listened to the metro girl, who filmed the incident, confirming that on March 13, when she became independent of the subway, she saw the accused doing a publicly scandalous act, so she photographed him on her phone and left the train car, and presented the video clip to the Public Prosecution, which requested police investigations About the incident, leading to the identification of the perpetrator, and it resulted in the identification of him, and accordingly the Public Prosecution ordered him to be arrested and brought.
