Emanuel Terry will make the preseason with the Kings. As announced by James Han, a journalist for the NBC, the power forward has signed a Exhibit-10 with the Californian franchise, that is, a minimum and non-guaranteed contract that will allow you to be present in the training camp. In addition, Sacramento has acquired the player’s rights for the G League, which were in the possession of the Agua Caliente Clippers, which could indicate that they are considering the option of signing a dual contract or at least incorporating him to the Stockton Kings as an affiliate.
The player was with the Kings in the last Summer League in Las Vegas, in which he averaged 7.2 points, 8.6 rebounds and 1.6 steals in the little more than 17 minutes per game available to him. Before, in the G League, he achieved averages of 10.8 points and 10.5 rebounds, confirming himself as a player with a presence in the paint who, at least, will have the opportunity to fight for a position in the NBA.
His presence in the league so far has been truly reduced, as it has been limited to three games he played in the 18-19 season, two of them with the Suns and one with the Heat, always under 10-day contracts. However, outside the NBA, his career has been a constant journey, which has led him to play for several G League teams and to specific stages in Turkey, Israel and the Czech Republic. We will see if this contract allows him to enjoy some stability, either with the Kings or with his affiliate team.
