Arsenal and Manchester United qualified for the fourth round of the FA Cup, after beating Newcastle 2-0 and Watford 1-0, respectively, in the third round, on Saturday.
Arsenal, the defending champion, waited until the second extra half, to score the two winning goals by Emil Smith and Emeric Aubameyang, in the 109th and 117th minutes.
As for Manchester United, the second most-crowned team in the competition (12 times), it reached the fourth round thanks to the goal of the Scottish midfielder, Scott McTominay.
In another match, Leicester City booked its place in the fourth round, after winning 4-0 at Stoke City in the first class.
He took turns to score a Leicester quad, James Justin, Mark Albrighton, Uzi Peres and Harvey Barnes, in the minutes 34, 60, 80, and 82.
