Today, Sunday, Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune received a phone call from his Turkish counterpart, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, to check on his health.
“Echorouk” newspaper quoted the Algerian presidency as saying that Erdogan confirmed his country’s readiness “to accompany Algeria in its new stage.”
Erdogan said that he followed with interest the speech of President Tebboune to the Algerian people, expressing his happiness at his recovery.
It is reported that President Tebboune is currently in Germany for treatment after he was infected with the new Corona virus more than two months ago.
