Eva Longoria was spotted in Marbella, Spain, on Monday, dressed in athletic wear for a power walk with a group of friends. The actress wore a nude-colored crop top and shorts, accessorized with a beige visor, sunglasses, and a black waist pack.
The outing took place on the scenic streets of Puerto Banus, where Longoria has been living for the past year. During their walk, the group took a break to explore a vibrant artisanal market, browsing handmade goods and local treasures.
Longoria’s time in the country has been documented in her CNN docuseries, Eva Longoria: Searching for Spain. Following the success of this series and its predecessor, Searching for Mexico, the network has commissioned another installment, which will follow the actress through France. “France has long been a cornerstone of global cuisine, and I’m thrilled to be partnering with CNN for this next chapter,” Longoria said in a statement.
The 50-year-old actress maintains her physique through a disciplined diet and fitness routine. She practices intermittent fasting, eating within an eight-hour window from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Her diet consists of whole, unprocessed foods, including lean proteins, healthy fats like avocado, and complex carbohydrates such as quinoa, while avoiding sugar and fried foods.
In a recent interview with Byrdie, Longoria discussed the self-belief that has fueled her career. “I knew I’d be successful because I was surrounded by successful women—my mother, sisters, and aunts were independent, strong, smart, and charitable,” she said. “If you don’t champion yourself, who else is going to? That unwavering belief in yourself will take you so far.”
She also shared that her priorities have shifted over the years. “Now that I’m 50, I’m curating my life to be very specific to what I want the next 50 years to look like,” she explained. “I’m spending more time with my family, working less, and doing more of what I love. I feel I’ve worked hard enough to say ‘no’ now.”
Reflecting on aging, Longoria added, “I don’t mind ageing. I just want to age well. I’m grateful to be able to move my body and work out, hike up a mountain, and play with my son. I’m trying to be as mobile as possible for as long as possible.”
