Yesterday the Cleveland Cavaliers showed up to their game against the Celtics with a severe plague of casualties. Bickerstaff couldn’t count on Sexton, Markkanen, Allen, Love, or Lamar Stevens. After the game he had to add two new negative news in the defeat of the team and the injury suffered by Evan Mobley in his right elbow. The rookie had to be absent from the beginning of the fourth quarter and did not jump onto the court again. After a first observation, the medical body has communicated that it is a muscle strain.
Mobley’s performance was being low key, signing a single point without making any of the 11 field goals he threw. At the end of the game, his coach explained his performance by appealing to how physical the game had been from the first minute. In fact, his injury comes from a post fight with Enes Kanter. The extent of the loss is still unknown, which is pending of the corresponding magnetic resonance according to the franchise itself.
