Fibras, investment vehicles that protect against inflation: Fibra Educa

On this point, he recalled that educational fiber has made uninterrupted distributions since June 2018, when it debuted on the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV) or when it was converted into a public vehicle.

The financial advisor of the real estate firm added that the fibers additionally provide protection for the appraisals of their properties that they carry out year after year, which reflect the inflationary effect.
