Now, the team behind Australia’s leading weight loss program Healthy Mummy have revealed how you can make a healthy mango bar at home.

It includes plenty of health foods, including mango, reduced fat Greek yoghurt and cinnamon, which is a known appetite suppressant.
When the recipe for the healthy mango bars was shared on Facebook, hundreds were quick to say how much they loved the idea.
‘These look amazing. Thank you so much, I’ll be making these tomorrow,’ one woman posted.

‘I wonder if you could add coconut to the yoghurt mix too,’ another added.
To make the mango bars, you’ll need diced mangos, chopped bananas, Greek yoghurt, honey and cinnamon.
The bars take just a few minutes to whip up, but need to be set in the fridge or freezer for a few hours, or preferably overnight.
The recipe makes eight servings at 198 calories per serve.
