Cuba recorded more than 1,000 new infections with the Coronavirus within one day, the first time since the outbreak of the epidemic in the country, according to the Cuban Ministry of Health.
The Cuban health authorities said that 1,012 new cases were registered within 24 hours, while a total of about 26,000 cases and 214 deaths were recorded.

She confirmed that foreigners entering the country will be subject to quarantine in designated hotels and pass two tests for the Corona virus within five days.
