Former attorney Murillo Karam leaves intensive care and is transferred to another hospital

The former general of the Republic, Jesus Murillo Karamthe morning of this Thursday of the National Institute of Cardiology “Ignacio Chávez” of Mexico City, where last month entered a condition and was in intensive therapy.

Upon leaving, the former senator and former governor of Hidalgo was transferred to Belisario Domínguez Hospital, under the Government of Mexico City, where he will continue in medical treatment and observation.

Last October 19, Murillo He was transferred from Northern Men’s Preventive Prisonwhere he is serving the precautionary measure of preventive detention, to the General Hospital of Xoco to attend to his state of health.

Derived from the complicated clinical picture he presented during his stay in that hospital, doctors determined that it was necessary to send it to cardiology for due diagnosis and treatment.

After carrying out several studies, on October 20, the doctors of said hospital determined to intervene surgically practicing emergency surgery of high -risk carotid building.

On August 24, Jesús Murillo Karam was linked to a trial by a judge for crimes against the administration of justice; torture and forced disappearance.
