Former NBA guard Eric Bledsoe is arrested for alleged domestic violence as his girlfriend shares her injuries in a now deleted Instagram post
On the same day that reports are saying ex-NBA guard Eric Bledsoe is signing with the Chinese Basketball Association’s Shanghai Sharks, reports say he has been arrested for domestic violence.
According to TMZ, police received a call just before 11:15 pm local time from a woman who claimed she had been slapped by her boyfriend.
Bledsoe was reportedly taken into a sheriff’s office in Lost Hills, CA, was booked and has since posted bond and has been released.

A now-deleted Instagram post showed images of domestic violence attributed to Bledsoe
In a now-deleted Instagram post, Bledsoe’s girlfriend shared images of her injuries – with a red mark on the left side of her face.
‘NO RELATIONSHIP LIKE THIS IS EVER WORTH STAING IN !!,’ the caption on her Instagram post read. ‘I’m far from a saint but this isn’t ok
‘Domestic violence is real! This wasn’t the first time but I sat here and stayed so it’s my fault! ERIC BLEDSOE really is a monster’, the post continued.
Bledsoe was drafted in 2010 by the Oklahoma City Thunder, who traded him to the Los Angeles Clippers. In addition to those two teams, he’s spent time with the Phoenix Suns, Milwaukee Bucks, and New Orleans Pelicans.
Reports earlier Thursday said Bledsoe would be signing with the Shanghai Sharks in China
