The Public Ministry of FEADLE, of the Specialized Prosecutor for Human Rights (FEMDH), filed charges against the three elements of the Municipal Police who attacked the communicator, as well as the hierarchical superior of the security officers who was present at the events and failed to stop the attacks, and even consented to them.

The Control Judge, when determining the link to the process, resolved to grant the prosecution a period of two months to close the complementary investigation, and imposed precautionary measures on those linked to guarantee the safety of the victim.
