Four people have been injured, a man stabbed in the leg and a motorcyclist is fighting for his life after two men allegedly went on a crime spree across Sydney overnight.

The two men, both aged 20, were driving through the city’s south-west on Monday night in a Honda Civic when there was a ‘confrontation’ with two men in a ute, police say.

The men in the ute forced the men in the Honda off the road where their vehicle rolled onto its roof near Georges Hall.

They were then allegedly assaulted by the men in the ute, with one one man allegedly being stabbed in the leg.

A pool of blood can be seen on the road at the site of the alleged attack.

One man was taken to Liverpool hospital while the other was treated at the scene by paramedics.

The two 20-year-olds then got back in the ute and struck a car and a motorbike while driving ‘at high speed’, according to police.

They did not stop at the scene and the motorcyclist was taken to hospital where they are fighting for their life.

‘The driver of the Camry suffered chest injuries and was conveyed to Liverpool Hospital,’ police said in a statement.

‘The rider of the motorcycle was also taken to Liverpool Hospital in a critical condition.’
