WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah (KUTV) — Friends and family held a funeral for those killed in what investigators believe was a murder-suicide.
On Saturday, those wishing to pay respects to 38-year-old Bu Meh and her children Boe Reh, 11; Kristina Ree, 8; and Nyay Meh, 2; gathered at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Columbus Branch.
Bu Meh’s sister, Neh Meh, shared a message of gratitude with the community.

“We would like to thank everyone for donating through the GoFundMe … and just for everyone that is praying for us,” she said. “From the bottom of our hearts, we would like to thank our family from outside the state for traveling.”
Neh Meh also asked for prayers for her nephew, Sha Reh, who survived the shooting but is recovering.
“Right now we are focused on him,” she said.
Bu Meh’s husband, Dae Reh, who was also shot and killed in the murder-suicide, was not part of the service.
