Streets and houses in different areas of the Gaza Strip were flooded as a result of the heavy rains that fell on the area, and the rain water swept through dozens of houses and streets, exacerbating the suffering of the Gazans, especially since the infrastructure destroyed by the last Israeli aggression last May has not yet been reconstructed, which warns Road collapses, amid fears and warnings that lands and homes may be inundated due to Israel’s draining of rainwater towards them.
Calls were directed to farmers in the border areas in the eastern Gaza Strip to take precautions and measures for the possible opening of ferries and dams by the Israeli authorities, which deliberately open every winter season towards citizens’ properties and residential neighborhoods near the eastern areas of the Strip.
The Ministry of Education in the Gaza Strip also decided to disrupt the educational process in various regions of the Gaza Strip, including universities, schools and kindergartens, as well as to disrupt nurseries, due to the weather conditions, in order to preserve the safety of students, students and teaching staff.
