An agricultural engineer, Mohsen Ahmed, from the northern Gaza Strip, has devoted his effort to searching for organic fertilizers as an alternative to chemical fertilizers, to recently show him worm fertilizer.
At the present time, Mohsen uses worms in many crops, such as growing vegetables and roses, and the results were very impressive, which gave him a great push to increase his focus on this type of fertilizer, and currently he is seeking to obtain a license from the competent authorities in order to start growing large quantities .
After the successes achieved by “Mohsen”, he began giving many training courses to many students and farmers in order to use this type of fertilizer, and “Mohsen” indicated that using this type works to reduce the burden on the farmer, in economic terms, as its price is lower. Many other fertilizers, as it is considered very natural and prevents the emergence of many diseases such as cancer, as chemical fertilizers are one of the biggest causes.
