Gerard Deulofeu is in talks join Watford‘s sister club Udinese after talks over a deal with Fiorentina fell through.
The Hornets star, 26, has been linked with an exit from Vicarage Road this summer following the club’s relegation from the Premier League.
Deulofeu was a reported target of Fiorentina, but a deal to join La Viola has fallen through after the club opted to sign former Real Madrid star Jose Callejon on a free transfer.

The Spaniard is now in talks with Udinese, the sister club of Watford, over a move to Serie A.
Watford and Udinese are owned by the Pozzo family, with Giampaola Pozza the owner of the Italian club, while his son, Gino, owns the English side.
The relationship between the two clubs has seen a host of players swap Italy for England, and vice versa, with Deulofeu seemingly the next in line to hop between clubs.
