German police announced today, Thursday, that weapons were found in a residence in the capital, Berlin, on Wednesday evening.
A woman called the police and reported that her ex-partner had threatened her with a gun in the apartment.
Police attended and seized 35 rounds of live firearms, including three unauthorized air rifles as well as unauthorized pepper spray, a knife and a machete.
Police rushed to the scene with special forces and arrested the 35-year-old suspect, who was drunk and complained of pain after his arrest and was sent to a hospital.
Police stated that the suspected murder weapon was not in possession of the man at the time of his arrest.
