6 cups flour
One and a half cups of warm water
Half a cup of butter
4 big spoons of sugar
2 tablespoons powdered milk
A large spoon and a half of yeast
Half a teaspoon of salt

How to make crisp and soft vino at home:
In a large bowl, put eggs, yeast, sugar, powdered milk, baking powder and salt, add warm water and butter, and stir well.
We put the amount of flour on them, knead well, let it brew for an hour, then form it into small balls, and cover it.
After it has brewed, we take each ball and roll it out in a long, elongated shape, and we roll it into an equal roll, and we arrange it in a tray, taking into account that there is a distance between each piece and the other, so that it is not less than 3 cm, and we leave it to brew for another half hour.
After fermentation, brush the face with an egg yolk with a tablespoon of vinegar.
We put it in the oven until the bread is done and takes the golden color from the face.
