Manchester City came from behind to beat Gothenburg in Sweden in the first leg of their Women’s Champions League last-32 tie.
The hosts went ahead in the second minute when Vilde Boe Risa pounced on a rebound and fired in from close range.
After hitting the post twice in quick succession, City levelled just before the break when Georgia Stanway fired in off the upright.
Sam Mewis headed in with 14 minutes left to clinch a deserved victory.
