In the Official Gazette of the state on Monday, January 1, 2023, it indicates that it was decided to “reduce the budget, as part of a set of constitutional measures that are adopted to guarantee that the state does not lack budgetary resources due to the lack of agreements between the bodies that are responsible for issuing income and expenditure budgets”.

“This avoids financial paralysis and is a constitutional solution to give continuity to the activities carried out in the previous fiscal year,” he said.

They deepened that this figure has been applied in some federal entities such as in the state of Morelos, due to the lack of agreements, which was validated by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation.

Likewise, it is estimated that the federal resources that Nuevo León will receive from the federation will reach 87,445.6 million pesos.
