And Grant Hackett was equally speedy when it came to selling his beachside villa on the Gold Coast this week.
The Olympian, 40, offloaded his Mermaid Beach property in just five days, reports Realestate.com.au.

Grant told fans on Instagram on Tuesday he was selling the home to accommodate his ‘growing family’ with new wife Sharlene Fletcher.
The athlete had purchased the home for $1.5millon in 2014 via his company, Hackett Group.
The palatial villa, which is just a stone’s throw away from Mermaid Beach, features three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Upon entry, the home opens to the reception room with a study nook hidden around a corner.
It also features a powder room and a lift to all the upper floors, behind a staircase.
On the first floor are two smaller bedrooms, which share a common bathroom, as well as the master bedroom with an ensuite and balcony.

The sale comes after Grant and Sharlene surprised their Instagram followers by marrying in a private ceremony in Melbourne on December 20.
The couple had announced their engagement in October 2019.
