The scene being rehearsed when cinematographer Halyna Hutchins was shot and killed has been cut from Alec Baldwin’s rebooted Western movie Rust, DailyMail.com can exclusively reveal.
Ukrainian Hutchins, 42, died when a prop Colt .45 pistol was accidentally loaded with a live round and fired at the mom-of-one by Baldwin, 65, in October 2021.
At the time of the incident, cast members including Baldwin, Jensen Ackles and Travis Hammer were working on a mock gunfight being filmed inside the old West church on the Bonanza Creek set in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
A call sheet from the original shoot exclusively obtained by DailyMail.com shows the scene – numbered 121 – took place on the 12th day of the scheduled 21 and that the Colt pistol was one of several weapons on set at the time but the only one used in 121 and the preceding 118.
Production of Rust stopped abruptly in October 2021 when a prop gun held by Baldwin fired a live round that killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. The scene that Baldwin and Hutchins were rehearsing has now been cut from the Western movie and will not be reshot, DailyMail.com can reveal
Baldwin, seen with prop gun in hand, has been on set every day since filming restarted on Friday and was back in his 1880s costume this weekendÂ

Filming had been due to continue with a scene that showed Baldwin – who plays eponymous outlaw Harlan Rust – being thrown into a stagecoach but it was halted following the tragedy.
Now a source has confirmed that despite the new set in Livingston, Montana, also having a church building, scene 121 has been removed from the movie entirely and will not be reshot.
Baldwin had initially been charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter over Hutchins’ death but the charges were unexpectedly droppedÂ
The source also told DailyMail.com that there are no plans to film any further scenes using the Yellowstone Film Ranch’s wooden church as a backdrop.
Baldwin, who has been on set every day since filming restarted on Friday, was back in his 1880s costume on Sunday as the shoot continued through the weekend.

A limping Baldwin then dismounted before leaving his stunt double to complete the shot.
Baldwin had initially been charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter over Hutchins’ death but the charges were unexpectedly dropped less than 24 hours before the Rust reshoot got underway.
The veteran actor celebrated by posting a photo of wife Hilaria, 39, and crediting her with ‘saving my life’. In return, she posted a snap of herself curled up on his lap.
Although the actor settled a wrongful death civil suit with Hutchins’ widower Matthew – now an executive producer on the film – he is currently fighting a second civil suit over the 42-year-old’s death filed by her parents and sister.
The original armorer hired for the film, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, 26, of Bullhead City, Arizona, is still facing criminal charges over the accident.
The rookie, who had been expected to do double duty as an assistant prop master according to the call sheet, is scheduled to face a preliminary hearing in August.
She is charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter and stands accused of ‘sloppy mishandling of firearms’ according to prosecution documents.

Cops say they also found texts showing Gutierrez-Reed had wanted to use live ammunition on a previous set and said they had found a mixture of live and dummy rounds on the Rust set – a serious safety violation.
On Saturday, DailyMail.com exclusively revealed she has been replaced on Rust by a veteran armorer whose previous work includes Mortal Kombat, Terminator Genisys and The Manchurian candidate among others.
Andrew Wert, 54, of Spokane, Washington, has more than 60 movies on his resume – unlike Gutierrez-Reed who had worked on just one other film – and is a member of the IATSE union.
On Sunday, bearded Wert was exclusively pictured on set by DailyMail.com for the first time and was seen attaching a pistol to Baldwin’s side.
Along with Rust, his current projects include Ironheart – a TV drama about a teen who created an advanced set of armor – and upcoming dystopian flick Borderlands.
Older movies on his lengthy resume include 2011 classic Straw Dogs, Monster, the 2003 Oscar winning biopic of serial killer Aileen Wuornos, and The SpongeBob SquarePants movie.

Wert also boasts credits on TV series SEAL Team, Transporter 2 and American Heist among others.
The 54-year-old’s presence on the Rust set is part of a wholesale overhaul of personnel in the wake of Hutchins’ death, with two safety officers also added to the roster for the new shoot.
They are Paul Jordan, the founder of Tenet Safety Production, who previously worked for Universal and has 45 years of experience in the field, and Gary Jensen – a Chicago-based stunt coordinator whose credits include Chicago PD and The X-Men.
Hutchins own work is being continued by LA-based cinematographer Bianca Cline whose credits include ads for Nike, CitiBank and AirBNB, as well as true crime miniseries, Murder Among The Mormons.
In a statement released ahead of Rust’s relaunch, director Joel Souza – who was wounded in the 2021 shooting that claimed Hutchins’ life – said: ‘Though bittersweet, I am grateful that a brilliant and dedicated new production team joining former cast and crew are committed to completing what Halyna and I started.
‘My every effort on this film will be devoted to honoring Halyna’s legacy and making her proud. It is a privilege to see this through on her behalf.’

The new set, which is being used instead of the original Bonanza Creek venue near Santa Fe, consists of a purpose-built Western backlot nestled into a dip on a rural ranch owned by the Chico Hot Springs Resort and Spa.
Yelllowstone Film Ranch is 20-miles south of the Montana town of Livingston – itself a Wild West boom town that prospered after the Northwestern Pacific Railroad was built through the area.
As DailyMail.com exclusively revealed on Friday, Baldwin is staying in a new-build condo in the town for the duration of the shoot.
Part of the complex, called The Flats at Yellowstone Road, is still being constructed with off-plan homes on the market for $285,000.
Property listings show that condos in the complex boast top-of-the-range fittings such as quartz worktops, stainless steel appliances and brushed nickel fittings.
An AirBNB listing for an apartment in the same building as Baldwin charges would-be visitors $222 a night – leaving the actor with a $7,548 tab should he stay there for the whole of the 35-day shoot.
