The head of the Media Policy Committee in the Russian State Duma, Alexander Henstein, said today, Sunday, that his Twitter account had been hacked.
The Russian parliamentarian reminded users of the need to change passwords more often.
“Right after my colleagues – my account was hacked. The hackers wrote a malicious and abusive tweet in my name – Glory to God, only one tweet,” added Einstein.
Вслед за коллегами – и мой аккаунт подвергся взлому. Хакеры написали злобный и обидный твит от моего имени – слава Богу, только один. Увы, у жизни-онлайн есть и обратная сторона. И да, надо чаще менять пароли.

And the State Duma member continued, “Unfortunately, there is a downside to life on the Internet. Yes, passwords have to be changed often.”
Last Saturday, Sergey Nevirov, head of the United Russia bloc in the State Duma, announced that his Facebook account had been hacked.
