Image analysis
Military expert Brigadier General Elias Hanna believes that the Israeli photos show that Sinwar was injured and tried to push back an Israeli march with a wooden stick.
Speaking to Al Jazeera, Hanna said that these pictures undermine the Israeli narrative that Al-Naswar was taking refuge with detained prisoners, in addition to the fact that his assassination came by pure coincidence, “which means there was tactical and intelligence blindness.”
Regarding the repercussions of Sinwar’s killing, the military expert described what happened as a strong blow toAl-Qassam Brigades The military wing of the Hamas movement, especially since he is “an intelligent personality and knows the Israeli mentality well.”
The military expert could not confirm the developments of field events after the martyrdom of Sinwar, “because the issue is complex in Gaza,” suggesting that there is “decentralization in the work of Al-Qassam fighters, in addition to the fact that the resistance in the Gaza Strip is homogeneous.”
