The areas with the greatest dynamism with respect to the segment of social housing They are Tlajomulco, El Salto, Zapopan and Tlaquepaque.
In the middle segment, in houses the price per m2 is 20,736 pesos, with a size of 119 m2 per unit; while by department the average value per m2 is 37,875 pesos, with a size of 68 m2.

Within the residential category, the houses register a price per m2 of 24,884 pesos in average spaces of 174 m2 habitable. In terms of apartments, the average value is 55,732 pesos, with an average living area of 87 m2.
In the luxury segment, the average value is 67,186 pesos, with an average area of 126 m2.
