A homeless guy in Los Angeles has constructed a little wooden property with wheels on active Hollywood Boulevard amid frustrations with the city asking him to get down his tent.
The person, who goes by “Q,” advised Fox Los Angeles he constructed a property on wheels employing wooden tossed away from construction sites and assist from mates.
He was available temporary housing from the city but declined, declaring he prefers a makeshift dwelling about a temporary remain at a hotel.
“It sort of gives me empowerment,” he explained. “I do not feel that I am bothering everyone listed here.”
