A man has died after being found with critical upper body injuries at a car park in a small town in Victoria.
A homicide investigation is underway after the man’s body was discovered in Queen Street, Hastings on the Mornington Peninsula.
Emergency services were called to the scene about 7am on Monday.
Paramedics desperately tried to revive the man but he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Homicide detectives are now trying to piece together exactly what happened.
Two crime scenes have been established, the one on Queen Street and another in nearby Arthur Street, Seven News reported.
‘The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are yet to be determined and the investigation remains ongoing,’ Victoria Police said in a statement.
