Horror at a Sydney train station as a man is viciously stabbed during a wild brawl – as police arrest 13
A man has been furiously stabbed during a gang fight at a busy Sydney train station.
Emergency services were called to Strathfield Railway Station about 5pm on Tuesday after the fight broke out on a train after leaving Auburn Station.
One man suffered several stab wounds to the leg and has been taken to the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in a serious condition.
Police made 13 arrests at the scene.
What sparked the brawl remains under investigation but the the incident is said to be gang-related, according to 7News.
Trains on the Western Line are experiencing delays and commuters are advised to allow for extra travel time.
