What Rainbow Feathers Are For
Rainbow Feathers have four different uses in the game:
- Use as a Custimization resource to give piece of Festivale furniture the rainbow palette.
- Trade 1 with Pavé to get a piece of Festivale furniture in the rainbow palette.
- Trade 3 at once with Pavé to get the rare Festivale Float item.
- Wear as a clothing accessory!
How to Get Rainbow Feathers on Festivale Day
Rainbow feathers are the rarest, most coveted Feathers on Festivale. There are two ways for you to get them, detailed below.
Catch Rainbow Feathers in the Air
The most uncommon method of getting Rainbow Feathers is also the simplest. Very rarely, Rainbow Feathers can be found floating through the air just like the four normally-coloured Feathers. Grab your Net and catch them!
Just like with the normal Feathers, Rainbow Feathers won’t disappear if you sprint past them or miss them with your net. Which is just as well because Feathers can be tricky to catch!
Craft Rainbow Feathers From Normal Feathers
The more reliable method of getting Rainbow Feathers is to craft them from one of each of the four normally-coloured Feathers. You get the Rainbow Feather DIY by talking to Pavé for the first time on Festivale Day.
If you’re struggling to find certain Feather colours, you can visit one of the Villagers who are inside their homes to trade. They’ll always be seeking Feathers in the same colour as their Festivale clothing, and will give one of the other three Feather colours in exchange.
