How to prepare
The rice is washed well before it is drained
Put the amount of rice, which is half the size of the bram, in the casserole
Put a tablespoon of beef or peasant butter on it
A small can of cream for cooking, put it on the rice
Cover completely with boiling milk to immerse rice in it
Then put salt on it only as desired
Note: “No seasonings are placed on it so that the taste of cream and butter appears in the casserole, so no seasonings other than salt are added.”
Then put it in the oven at a medium temperature of 180 degrees until the rice reaches that it absorbs the milk completely
Place the cream on top of the casserole
Leave in the oven until the face of the aged rice is browned and fully cooked
You can put pieces of boiled pigeon, pieces of boiled veal, boiled chicken liver, or chicken breasts in the heart of the casserole.
You can add nutmeg if desired
You can prepare a tray of potatoes with meat or chicken as a side dish
