In a pot on the fire, put a spoonful of vegetable oil, then add the local sausage to it, and fry it well until it changes color.
Then add a spoonful of minced garlic, and another dry coriander, and mix them all well.
Put the onions, tomatoes and green pepper cut into cubes with the municipal sausage, salt and black pepper to taste, and stir them all, then add a spoonful of tomato sauce.
