Whole chicken “kilo”
– 1 cup white flour
– Half a cup of water
– 1 tablespoon of starch
– 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
– 1 tablespoon of onion powder
– 2 teaspoons of paprika
– 2 teaspoons of turmeric
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– salt
– ground black pepper
Sauce as desired
Flour to cover the chicken

How to make crispy chicken:
First, wash the chicken well, cut it into 8 pieces, and put it in a colander aside.
In a large bowl, put the flour, salt, black pepper, starch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, turmeric, baking powder and hot sauce, then mix them well.
Add water to the flour mixture, and stir well until you get a thick semi-liquid dough.
Put the chicken pieces in the flour mixture, and rub it well.
Put the flour in a flat and wide dish.
Remove the chicken pieces from the seasoned flour mixture, then dip them in the flour to cover the chicken pieces completely.
In a deep frying pan, put a lot of oil on a high heat until very hot.

Put the chicken pieces in the oil, then reduce the heat a little and cover it.
Fry the chicken pieces on both sides until they are golden brown.
Put the fried chicken on a kitchen paper to get rid of the excess oil.
