How to prepare
Open the shrimp from the back and remove the sandbag
Start by washing the shrimp with water, vinegar and salt well, then drain it completely from the water
In a large bowl, combine the dry spices together
Add mustard, lemon and vinegar
Then stir the ingredients well until they are completely mixed
Put the shrimp in the mixture and stir well so that the ingredients are coated inside the shrimp one by one
Leave it for at least an hour in the refrigerator to absorb the seasoning
Heat the grill and put the shrimp in order
After two minutes, flip it on the other side until it is fully cooked
