The ingredients of the way the Alexandrian liver works
½ kilo liver
Small cup of white vinegar
5 garlic cloves, minced
hot pepper fruit
ground cumin
ground coriander
salt
black pepper
Pinch of nutmeg (to taste, omitted)

The modus operandi of the Alexandrian liver
At first, cut the liver slices into small pieces that do not need to be chewed to eat.
In a pot on the fire, put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil, add the chopped garlic cloves, and stir them together for 3 minutes, or until the garlic wilts.
Add the chili peppers cut into small pieces to the garlic, stir them again, then put a cup of white vinegar on top.
Put the liver on the garlic and pepper on the fire, and stir all of them until the color of the liver changes to gray.
Then add spices to taste, from salt, black pepper, ground cumin, ground coriander, and a small pinch of nutmeg, which you can dispense with.
Once stirred, put a very small amount of hot water, and leave it for 5 minutes at the latest until the liver is cooked, because it does not need much time to mature, and remove it from the fire, and serve it hot in sandwiches of fino or baladi bread, or with pasta.
