Irish singer-songwriter Hozier will bring his “Unreal Unearth Tour” to Seattle’s T-Mobile Park this Thursday, marking his first performance at the venue. The concert is his first in the city since his show at the WAMU Theater on October 24, 2023.
Hozier, born Andrew John Hozier-Byrne, first gained international fame with his 2013 Grammy-nominated hit, “Take Me to Church.” His success has continued with the 2024 single “Too Sweet,” which topped the charts in 14 countries and became the fifth-best-selling single of the year in the United Kingdom.
Doors for the T-Mobile Park show open at 6 p.m., with the concert scheduled to begin at 8 p.m.
Tickets are available through Gametime, with prices starting at $98 for seats in the view level. Seating closer to the stage ranges from approximately $180 to over $350, while general admission tickets for the floor area are listed at $223, including fees. Describing his live performances, T-Mobile Park’s event page states, “Hozier doesn’t just perform; he transports you into his world full of emotion and heartfelt lyrics.”
Hozier began writing songs and teaching himself guitar at age 15. He wrote his self-titled debut album in 2013 while performing at open mic nights in Dublin. Upon its release in 2014, critics praised the album as “an intense, youthful, lyrical tangling of religion and romantic obsession.”
