He indicated that he knew her name after searching for her in the hospital’s birth registry, but the joy was not complete after he said that her parents were still under the rubble.
However, this child remains better off than others, in light of the presence of other “unidentified” children, such as a child who was brought by an ambulance to the hospital without her family knowing and who was in a state of suffocation.
The doctor stated – according to the report – that she was treated by opening her airway and giving her milk, heating, and solution because she was in a state of dehydration and shock.
The doctor asked to name these children in light of the increasing number of infected cases in order to reach their families and relatives.
Many Palestinians in the Gaza Strip resorted to writing their names and those of their children on their hands so that they could be easily identified if they were martyred or injured during the ongoing brutal Israeli bombardment.
