An investigation into the murder of Martys uncovered that Lacchei experienced “many perceived grievances with Martys,” the Lake County Sheriff’s Business said in a statement.
Authorities say Martys was working with a leaf blower in his garden when he was approached by Lacchei on April 12. CBS Chicago described that Lacchei shot Martys because the leaf blower was also noisy.
