IMCP recognizes advances of the SAT with Buenrostro; indicates pending issues

The Mexican Institute of Public Accountants (IMCP), through its president Laura Grajeda Trejoissued a position regarding the departure of Rachel of the Tax Administration Service (SAT) where it recognizes progress, but there were also pending issues.

Grajeda Trejo acknowledged the progress made by the SAT in the administration of Buenrostro Sánchez “on sensitive issues for taxpayers” such as the decree of some extensions for the completion of procedures, however, fiscal issues that may affect the development of productive activities in the country remained pending.

Among the earrings, commented the shortage of appointments that has been presented in the SATthe Internet Digital Tax Receipt (CFDI or invoice) for entry or transfer with a Carta Porte complement, billing with version 4.0 -which will replace version 3.3.- in 2023, the Proof of Tax Situation, among other topics.

“In the IMCP we will maintain our willingness to continue providing technical arguments that help find a solution to different problems related to compliance with tax obligations that we have indicated in different forums,” he commented.

This Friday morning, President Andres Manuel Lopez Obradorreported that Raquel Buenrostro Sánchez will leave her position as head of the Tax Administration Service to replace the departure of Tatiana Clouthier from the Ministry of Economy.
