The accumulation of unattended issues includes, among others, the appointment of 22 magistrates of local electoral courts in 18 federal entities of the country and two commissioners of the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (Inai).
To date, the commissions have not resolved the appointment of three members of the Technical Council of Education of the National Commission for the Continuous Improvement of Education.
Similarly, the case of a magistrate of the Regional Chamber of the Federal Court of Administrative Justice; at the same time five magistrates of Regional Chambers of the Electoral Tribunal of the Judicial Power of the Federation (TEPJF).
Likewise, a commissioner of the Federal Economic Competition Commission (Cofece); two members of the Governing Board of the Institute for the Protection of Bank Savings (IPAB); an advisory advisor to the National Human Rights Commission (CNDH) and two diplomats.
The two appointments pending ratification are those of Laura María de Jesús Rodríguez Ramírez and Enrique Rojo Stein, as ambassadors of Mexico in Panama and in Finland and Estonia, respectively; the nominations were made by President Andrés Manuel López Obrador from August 10 to November 15.

With regard to the 22 magistrates of local electoral courts in 18 federal entities of the country pending, since October 21, 2021 the Justice Commission sent to the Political Coordination Board (JCP) the opinion on the eligibility of the candidates to 20 magistracies from the states of Baja California Sur, Colima, Chiapas, Mexico City, State of Mexico, Guanajuato, Guerrero, Jalisco, Michoacán, Morelos, Nayarit, Nuevo León, Querétaro, San Luis Potosí, Sonora, Tabasco and Yucatán.
On December 7 and 14, 2021, the JCP received the opinions corresponding to the two electoral magistrates of Tamaulipas and Jalisco, respectively.
The appointment of two of the ten honorary members of the Inai Advisory Council has been pending for more than a year. As of November 25, 2021, the Anti-Corruption, Transparency and Citizen Participation Commission sent the corresponding suitability opinion to the JCP where to date there has been no agreement for his nomination.
Recently, the SCJN ruled that the omission that President Andrés Manuel López Obrador has incurred two years ago in sending his proposals for two Cofece commissioners to the Senate is unconstitutional.
