Influencer Nour Atta has $1million stolen during robbery at house in Hollywood Hills, California

A millionaire social media influencer was left terrified after being pistol-whipped in an armed robbery at a property in Hollywood Hills, California.

Nour Atta, 20, who has more than 272,000 Instagram followers, was confronted by at least two suspects in ski masks who had managed to enter into the multi-million-dollar house he is renting as an Airbnb.

Lt. Letsia Ruiz from the LAPD said two victims were awoken by yelling and a handgun being pointed at them, with the suspects demanding money.

Atta told ABC7 News that one of the suspects then attacked him.

He said: ‘I think a kick was thrown and punches and all that good stuff.’

‘They had a gun, obviously, a couple guns that they had. I was still asleep when they came in and that’s just where it went,’ Atta (pictured) told AB7 News 

‘We did have a burglary scare a week ago. There was a helicopter coming out in the middle of the night, so yeah it is scary,’ one neighbor added 

Showing the bruise around his left eye and forehead to the camera, the New Yorker added: ‘I think that was from the gun.’

Authorities said the suspects went on to ransack the home and stole an estimated $1 million worth of items.

Atta said this included ‘a couple of watches, Richard Mille, Patek, Cuban necklaces’ as well as around $100,000 worth of clothes.

Atta is a trade investor who runs the Stock Hours signals chat, where he posts trade ideas each morning and hosts lessons.

He helped hundreds of students across the US to generate millions of dollars in profits in 2021.

The LAPD were called about the incident at 3 a.m. Wednesday. 

Atta told Fox LA the suspects likely gained entry because he had left the back door open.

He believes he was targeted by the suspects.

Atta said: ‘I didn’t hear a lot, I just heard yelling. A bunch of “get up, get up” this, that.

‘I’m sure a lot of people know me online, it’s very easy to find me out and that’s just what’s going on out here, especially in LA.’

Authorities said the suspects went on to ransack the home and stole an estimated $1 million in jewelry before they left the scene. Atta told Fox LA that he believes the suspects were able to gain entry because he had left the back door unlocked 

When first responders arrived, he and a friend were seen by medical personnel and did not require hospitalization, Fox LA reported.

Police are continuing to investigate the robbery and are urging anyone with information to come forward.

Homicides in Los Angeles reached 397 in 2021, the most in more than a decade and a 50% jump from 2019, according to the LA Times.

LAPD Chief Michel Moore told the civilian Police Commission in March that robberies involving firearms had increased 57% from 2020 and 60% from 2019.
