The Bosnian Edin Dzeko scored twice within 6 minutes of the second half, to give Inter a 2-0 victory over Shakhtar Donetsk at the San Siro stadium, and the team is on the verge of qualifying for the playoffs in the Champions League, for the first time in a decade.
The Bosnian striker put the ball into the net after 61 minutes to give Inter a deserved lead, having canceled two goals he scored before that and missing a string of chances.
Dzeko did not take much time to double the result with a header from close range after a cross from Ivan Perisic, scoring his 50th goal in European competitions.
