IP asks the Senate not to approve “plan B” of the electoral reform

Within the framework of the discussion to reform the secondary electoral laws, the Business Coordinating Council (CCE) said he is confident that the Senate of the Republic will analyze in depth the minute it received from the Chamber of Deputies, to favor the construction of an increasingly broad and representative democracy.

From the business sector, the CCE expressed its support for the electoral bodies, both the National Electoral Institute (INE) as the Electoral Tribunal of the Federal Judiciary (TEPJF), which have been decisive in consolidating the confidence and stability of our elections.
