IP will present reactivation agenda to Boluarte

The Lima Chamber of Commerce (CCL) expressed its willingness to work with the new management of the Executive headed by President Dina Boluarte Zegarra. In this sense, the business union maintained that they are carrying out projects for political reform, citizen security and access to formality.

“In principle we are expecting to collaborate, from the Chamber of Commerce we are already working with the presentation of important public policy projects on issues of political reform, citizen security and access to formality,” said Rosa Bueno, president of the CCL, in channel no.

He indicated that between them they will propose a modification of the political chapter of the Constitution, such as immediate re-election, bicamerality, avoiding turncoats, “so that in the next elections they will have better candidates and not put Peruvians in the difficult task of choosing between the bad guys.” and the least bad.

He added that they will also prioritize national security issues and access to formality “so that citizens in Peru are equal and not second level, everyone has to enter formality in order to get ahead as a country.” The CCL representative urged Dina Boluarte to form a cabinet capable of reaching consensus between the Executive and Legislative branches.

“We have gone through a difficult time, a crisis like the one Peru is going through continues, which is why President Dina Boluarte has the great opportunity to appoint a technical cabinet chaired by a premier with the capacity for dialogue, negotiation and articulation, to help her choose suitable people with high standards of integrity and qualified to carry out the tasks”, he said.
