The movement called on “the Kurdistan Regional Government and its politicians not to be swept away by the blunders and accusations of the unbalanced US occupation.”
The General Secretariat of the Brigades called on the Iraqi government to “preserve the personnel of its formations, and the necessity to confront the random arrests campaigns.”
And the Directorate General of Combating Terrorism in the Kurdistan Region published the confessions of a person who said that he was “one of those responsible for the missile bombing of Erbil in the middle of last month, and he admitted that the Sayyid al-Shuhada Brigades was the one that asked him to do so.”
